Dynamic devulcanizer is used for the production devulcanizing of reclaim rubber.it can add the tensile strengh,elongation. Dynamic Devulcanizer (4M3,6M3,8M3,10M3 and 12 M3) The devulcanizer is used for the production of reclaim rubber, it is for the rubber powder devulcanizing process.  The devulcanizer can add the tensile strengh, and decrease the mooney viscosity for the reclaim rubber. meanwhile, it can improve the whole quality for reclaimed rubber. The reclaim powder does not need to be ground so fine and the devulcanizing time is shortened; Plastifiers, reclaiming agents and rubber powder can be put together into the devulcanizer; no polluted water will be let out during the devulcanization; The quality is better; To open and lock the devulcanizing vessel is automatized during the working process. The devulcanizer is a horizontal pressurized vessel with mixing paddles fixed in it. The mixing shaft with paddles can rotate dockwise and anti-clockwise.
