Production processing:

1.Material:the material of the reclaimed rubber is used tires.

2.Scrap tire:Processed by scraping,crushing, devulcanizing,rubber powder is ready to be mixing.

3.Refining:The devulcanized rubber powder is mixing by open mill and refined again by rubber refiner.

4.Finished:After many times of refining,reclaimed rubber is finished,then weight it to 20kg/pc.

5.Test:After the goods is ok,our technicist do a test in our lab according to national standard.

6.Delivery:Only qualified rubber will be deliveried to customers' warehouse or Qingdao port.
